If something isn't right with your MagCharge, contact hello@magcharge.co.za within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

• Email us your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo or short video helps if the item is faulty.
• We will confirm the next step by email, including how to send the item back if needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the refund.

Your rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to goods that are of good quality and free of defects.
